Good Enough is published by Connectica Aktiebolag (“Connectica”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Good Enough handles information when you use the app. Good Enough is designed to help users organize household tasks, chores, grocery lists, and household activity insights.

Good Enough currently works locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, analytics tracking, advertising tracking, or a backend database for app content.

02Who May Use Good Enough

Good Enough is intended for household and family organization.

Users under 18 may use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

03Summary of Our Privacy Approach

In the current version of Good Enough:

  • We do not require a user account;
  • We do not collect your name or email address through the app;
  • We do not operate cloud sync;
  • We do not store your app content on our own servers;
  • We do not use Firebase Analytics;
  • We do not use Firebase Crashlytics;
  • We do not use advertising identifiers such as Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID;
  • We do not sell personal data;
  • We do not use personal data for third-party advertising or ad retargeting;
  • Your chores, grocery lists, household preferences, and activity insights are stored locally on your device.

04Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Good Enough may store the following information locally on your device:

  • household tasks and chores;
  • suggested chores and task preferences;
  • grocery list items;
  • grocery list creation, update, and deletion activity;
  • chore completion and skipped chore history;
  • household activity summaries;
  • chore completion statistics;
  • recommendations and insights based on your app activity;
  • app settings and preferences;
  • notification or reminder settings.

This information is stored on your device to provide the app’s core functionality.

We do not receive, view, or store this local app content on our servers in the current version of Good Enough.


05Household Insights and Recommendations

Good Enough may generate household activity summaries, chore completion statistics, recommendations, and insights based on app activity.

These features are used to support household organization and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.

You are responsible for deciding whether a suggested task, chore, or recommendation is suitable, safe, and appropriate for your household.


06Grocery Lists and Chores

Good Enough allows you to create, update, and delete grocery list items and household tasks.

This data is processed locally on your device so that the app can show your lists, tasks, chores, reminders, and household progress.

If you delete an item, task, list, or local app data, that information is removed from the app’s local storage, subject to any device-level backups controlled by your operating system or device settings.


07Notifications and Reminders

Good Enough may allow you to enable local notifications or reminders.

Notifications may include personal content that you entered into the app, such as chore names, task names, grocery items, or reminder text.

You can control notifications through your device settings and, where available, through settings inside the app.

Good Enough does not use remote push notifications in the current version unless this Privacy Policy is updated to say otherwise.


08Location Data

We do not request or collect precise GPS location.

Because the current version does not use analytics or backend services for app content, we do not use location data to operate the app.

If we introduce analytics or online services in the future, analytics providers may derive approximate location, such as country or region, from technical information. If that happens, we will update this Privacy Policy before enabling those features.


09Analytics and Tracking

Good Enough does not use Firebase Analytics, third-party analytics SDKs, advertising tracking, or ad retargeting in the current version.

We do not use the Apple Identifier for Advertisers, Google Advertising ID, or similar advertising identifiers for advertising tracking.

We do not sell personal data.


10Crash Reporting

Good Enough does not use Firebase Crashlytics or automatic third-party crash reporting in the current version.

If the app crashes, we do not automatically receive crash reports containing your device or app activity data through a third-party crash reporting service.

If you choose to contact us about a crash or bug, we will process the information you provide in your message so that we can respond and troubleshoot the issue.


11Accounts and Cloud Sync

Good Enough does not require a user account in the current version.

We do not provide cloud sync in the current version.

This means that app data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, clear app data, lose your device, or restore your device, your app data may be lost depending on your device and operating system backup settings.

Your device provider, such as Apple or Google, may provide device-level backup features. Those backups are controlled by your device settings and by the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policy.


12Information You Send to Us by Email

  • your email address;
  • your name, if included in your email;
  • the content of your message;
  • any information you choose to include, such as screenshots, app feedback, support questions, or bug reports.

We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, investigate issues, improve the app, and maintain appropriate business records.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your request.

14Data Retention

Because Good Enough stores app content locally on your device in the current version, you control most app data directly through the app and your device.

Local app data is kept on your device until you delete it, reset the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to any device-level backups controlled by your operating system or device settings.

If you contact us by email, we may retain your message and our response for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required to resolve your request, comply with legal obligations, or protect our legal rights.


15Deleting Your Data

You can delete local app data by using deletion features inside the app, clearing app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the app.

Because the current version does not use accounts or cloud sync, we generally cannot access or delete local app data on your device for you.

16Data Export

Because app content is stored locally on your device in the current version, we do not hold a server-side copy of your chores, grocery lists, preferences, or insights.

17Sharing of Personal Data

In the current version, we do not share your local app content with third-party analytics providers, cloud databases, advertising networks, or backend service providers.

18App Stores and Device Providers

Good Enough may be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Apple, Google, and your device operating system may process certain information independently, such as app download information, device information, crash information, purchase information, or app store usage data, depending on your device settings and your relationship with those providers.

In the current version, Good Enough does not transfer your local app content to our own servers or analytics providers.

20Security

We design Good Enough to minimize the personal data we collect.

Because app content is stored locally on your device in the current version, the security of that data also depends on your device security. We recommend using device passcodes, biometric protection where available, and secure device backup settings.
